    Love my Bold 9650, but now it's useless, can't synch it....

    I recently reformatted and reloaded my Computer Harddrive, running Window XP, and reinstalled all programs....everything works except for DM and now can't sync....I downloaded new desktop 6.02x software, installed, reinstalled, did Windows updates, I've tried everything, but DM keeps crashing on launch..doesn't even get past logo screen, just quits. Not sure what to do next, help..............

    The first thing you should do if you have windows 7 like me is run a compatibility troubleshooter on the desktop program. Mine actually was having problems and windows decided it needed to be run under a vista operating system setting. It works fine now. Running the desk top program as administrator might work as well. To do that open your start menu and right click on the desktop software name. Then click on properties and under the shortcut tab there is a box to check and also under the compatibility tab there is another box to check.
