    Help please, each time I tried installating desktop manager, I got this message ''The installation files cannot be validated. Please verify the installer package and try again.'' My laptop is Windows 7. Ultimate, 32bit, and I am trying to install DM 610_b038, I tried DM 7 too, I'm geTting d same error message. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

    You need to updata/install the RIM digital signatures for the cab file. I had the same issue on my work laptop. Google it.
