    I've tried to synch my device several times today and mid-way I get a message from Windows saying "The program stopped working and had to close."

    The error message details are below. Any ideas? I didn't uninstall/reinstall, but I did run a repair with the DM disc, didn't seem to help...

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't back up or sync my BB, and I'm afraid to add or update any apps. As soon as I open the Desktop Manager, the screen greys out and I get the following message with the problem details:

    same sad story here! just started happening yesterday out of the blue...i have tried both of the work arounds suggested by rim but they don't "work"! getting desparate...thanks for any help.

    fixed it! i had accepted some events from my google (gmail) calendar and remembered that right after that it stopped syncing....have no idea why, but i deleted all of those events from my outlook 2007 and now it syncs again with no problem...go figure!!!
