Help-Desktop Manager 6 won't open with Windows 7/64
Just bought the new Torch and installed the software, ver 6 on my PC with Windows 7 (64 bit)
All went well with the installation, but when I go to open it, it starts to open and I can see the main page, but then I get a message "BlackBerry Desktop Software has stopped working" and below that it reads "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I have tried to open it with the phone pluged in and without the phone. I get the same message everytime. I have even removed the program and re-installed it.
