    Situation:

    Blackberry Bold
    AT&T

    Desktop Software v4.7

    BES Server
    MS Exchange

    The hand held works great. I have installed the Blackberry Desktop software on the user's computer. I select the options I do for all my other users to include that there is a BES and MS Exchange.

    As soon as I connect the hand held to the computer via USB and load the Desktop Manager and then later disconnect the hand held the device no longer can send or receive email. I can go to the BES and resend the Service Book to the device and it will start working again.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software to no avail. I have multiple device/computers setup with the same version of Desktop Software and do not have this problem.

    Any ideas what may be happening and what the fix may be?
