    It won't do anything with my PlayBook. It will start to back up, but will fail after about 5 mins at the part where it is preparing. It won't let me sync any media and says that it isn't availible for my device. This has never happened before. I tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it on my computer, but that did no use. Any advice?

    maybe try a diff version of DM? I'm using 7.1.032 and dont have an issue syncing my PB.
