    Since I moved to my new desktop running "8.1". Link will not even start. Windows recognizes my Q10 and both device memory and sd card memory in Explorer. Yet, it will not start at all. I get a one second wait icon and then nothing.

    I have 8.1 and Link and have never had trouble. delete link, use ccleaner and then re-install again.

    Hi Jaydee thanks again for helping. However, I have done that and still it will not run. I use Revo Uninstaller, which does the same as CCleaner I believe. It's quite frustrating...

    had no problem at all with 8.1 , but since I upgrade WINDOWS10 , not working at all. blend either . and the upgrade of my Z10 to 10.3 changed nothing
