If you have the leaked version of the Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac, and plug your phone in, it detects the new software and you can upgrade through that. I'm currently in the process of doing it. Almost done. I"ll let you guys know how it goes.
Okay, it worked. I'm updated to .53. It saved most of my settings and stuff. I had to go back and set my fonts and a few other things, but other than that, all is well.
I updated it. Everything seems to be working fine but it got stuck at 'Restoring Policy' and did nothing after. The phone seems to be fine. Anyone else?
I am trying to update using DM for Mac. Can't get past the back up phase, specifically theme settings. Everytime it says that it cannot be backed up and it turns the radio off on my phone. What gives people??? Experts come out and help!!!

if you unplug it is it updated?
i think there is a glitch somewhere within the program because it seems to always freeze up for people when they try to restore something or back it up
is this the case even though my original dm for mac does not show the update thing? is there a newer version then the one originally leaked on this site? do I just have to plug my phone in for the option to become available
download BB Desktop for Mac on my Snow Leopard OS and it found the .53 update, installed it, and my BB is working like a charm. Only had setup ubertwitter again.
