I have the 8330 if that helps.

So this weekend i download desktop manager 6.0 because i couldn't sync my media with the older version.

That was fine, plugged it in and synced media.

Then I realized it wouldn't sync my outlook.

To fix that i uninstalled the old version of desktop manager and now 6.0 will sync outlook.. but not media?

Even though Mass storage is turned on, it just keeps telling me to turn it on.. what now?
