my wife had to get a replacement phone(tour from sprint) yesterday and when we went to transfer her contacts and stuff from her old phone to new via backup files we kept getting "desktop doesn't recognize data". so we tried all of her back up files and even mine, all the same. could it be from that they were saved from the previous version of the dm? any clues on how to get it to work?
