So I've missed two important con-calls today. I setup the event in iCal, synced with DTM, saw the event in my BB, but never bothered to verify the actual details. I setup a reminder in iCal, that reminder is not carried to the device. No errors, it just omits that part of the calendar event!!!!!

TMO BB 8900, OSX 10.6.1, DTM Mac.

I thought I screwed it up the first time, then the second time I knew something had to be wrong. My iCal on my mac reminds me, the BB remains silent and not reminder there at all.

Anyone else getting alarms/reminders synced in their iCal events?

The same thing is happening with my blackberry tour (verizon) and newly downloaded desktop manager for mac.

I too am having the same issue. It's quite annoying to have to add reminders in my BB every time I sync new iCal info.

Same issue here and I think I know why.

When I setup an event on iCal, I put a �Message with sound� reminder (�Message avec son� in my french system), wich is ignored when I sync.

So the solution is to use �Message� as a reminder in iCal.

But I really like the way my Mac sounds to remind me something !! Is there a web page or a way to submit a missing feature ?
