When synchronizing my contacts with DTM 6 after all of the contacts have been synchronized 100% an error message pop's up that reads "Intellisync Unable to Complete Synchronization". I open my Storm 2 9550(OS 5.0.0.1015) to the contact click on menu>option>Contact List Properties and it shows the number of entries as 204 which is correct. But then in the contacts list it is blank and scrolls for miles without a contact and just shows the entry *No Contacts*
I am having a similar problem with a BIS BlackBerry. I have ~700 contacts in Outlook and they sync'd fine. I upgraded the OS to 5.0.0.983 last night and it didn't go well. I wiped the whole BB and started fresh. I kept getting "Unable to Complete Synchronization" error just on Contacts. In utter frustration, I moved all the contacts to another contact folder and created a "Test Test" contact. It still had the unable to complete error - even with just ONE contact? Anyone have any ideas?
