So an application is available for update on Blackberry Desktop Manager but I dont want to update it since it will update to a trial version to which I have to use a DATA plan in order to activate it. I have the new version code but I do not have a data plan so I cannot validate it. With that being said, how do I bypass the updating process? Everytime I start Application Loader, it asks me to update this application. I cannot add or delete or update any other application unless I update this application along with it. So how do I disable the update?
Download BBsak, (blackberry swiss army knife). Googole it and than follow the instructions. You may need to search the forums on how to use it, because if used incorrectly you can mess up your blackberry. Don't delete anything if you don't know what it is. good luck.
