Hi!

Greetings from Germany and sorry for my bad english!

Yesterday, the iTunessync over WiFi and USB was pretty good. And know, i want to sync over WiFi-Music-Sync and the DM6 is crashing. Windows shut the DM6 down

When i want to sync with a USB-connecting, the DM6 sends a message: Music services failed to load an unexpected error occurred

I had change nothing on my BlackBerry, DM6 ore iTunes....

Now i had deinstalled DM6 and reinstalled it. Also iTunes... But it don't change...

DM6 Version is 6.0.0.43
iTunes is 10.1
Torchversion is 6.0.0.337

Anybody has an idea???

Okay... This is the answer:

With desktop manager closed, using Blackberry user tools, navigate to 'Blackberry\system\' (make sure that hidden files are shown or you won't see the 'system' folder).

clean all files in the folders media and media sync

than sync again with the dm (first via usb, than with wifi, if you like) ... this work on my torch pretty good!
