    Tried to install Desktop Manager 6 for my Torch and it failed for some reason. Apparently Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable is conflicting with the installation process. I have WinXP Home edition SP2. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Please see the attached screen shot. My apologies for my meager attempt at a screnshot, I will try to do better next time lol

    this is bugging me bc i really want to install DM so that I can upgrade my phone's os and backup my phone on to my pc
