I just installed DM for Mac and everything went well (except for the kernel panic it caused when I tried to first run it ). I use Google Calendar to store my iCal calendar online, though, and DM is telling me it's "Read Only" and any changes I make on my BB will not be saved to iCal, i.e. I can only sync from my Macbook to Blackberry, not vice-versa.
Anyone have any ideas? This kinda defeats the purpose of being able to "sync"...
I use DM for my contacts and Google Sync to do OTA sync of my calendars. I would use Google Sync for contacts too, but Google removes too many fields that I typically use.

I would use Google Sync, but the problem is it places incredibly stupid restrictions on how far into the past or future you can sync the calendar. I like to have my entire calendar on there, so Google Sync isn't an option for me.
I think the fact that I have iCal syncing with Google Calendar is irrelevant... DM should just be pulling the data to and from iCal, and whatever it does once in iCal (i.e. sync w/ Google) shouldn't matter.
Not sure I understand....just sync iCal and don't sync with google calendar...google calendar should show up as another calendar on iCal...just do not select it....
