I have a Storm 9530. To make my already bad experience with this phone worse, I simply cannot backup my phone.
I use DM5.0 and click Backup. It saves to a file. I wipe my phone, try to do a restore, and it says the Backup file is corrupt. Every time.
I go to Advanced, and try to backup my BBM contacts. It's greyed out, but still lets me move it to the left window and save that backup file. When trying to restore it, it says my backup file is corrupt.
I hate my BB and I hate the overall experience of this phone and its desktop software.
any ideas to get this piece of crap to backup properly?
