I'm trying to install DM v5 on my laptop, but no joy. DM starts, sees the 9550 but always crashes before it does anything. The laptop is a maxed-out 2gb ThinkPad T42 running updated XP SP3, MS Office 2003 and Norton AV v10. It's a fast machine and I haven't had any trouble with it.

I un- reinstalled several times using downloads from both VZ and RIM with the same result. Before reinsstalling I do a reg cleanup using Acelogix Software - Tools like Registry Cleaner, Disk Cleaner, Duplicate File Finder, Internet History Eraser, Startup Manager, etc.Ace utilities (it always finds lots of junk).

The crash log shows:

I googled mshtml.dll and got a lot of hits on Outlook problems but nothing with Blackberry at all.

Can anybody offer any help? Thanks!!
