    Last week I upgraded my desktop manager from ver. 4.2 to 4.7 and also upgraded the device software on my Verizon-Blackberry 8830WE to ver. 4.5. The install to my device went fine and is working OK. But, my Outlook on my computer would not sync with the device. I spoke to Blackberry support who said remove Desktop Manager ver. 4.7 and reload. That did nothing to solve the problem. I then removed ver 4.7 and tried to load ver 4.2. I can download it to my computer, but when I go to run it the installation will not complete. So, I have no way sync at the present time. Can someone help!

    Give DM 4.6 a try. I haven't heard of a single issue with this version.

    What version of Outlook are you using? DM 4.7 will not work with some of the older Outlook versions. If you are using an Outlook earlier than Outlook 2003, that may be your problem.
