    I was trying to load some songs and photos on to my 8900 just now, but....
    When I try to run the Media function in the BB desktop manager, a window pops up with this message:

    "Roxio Media Manager
    The end-user license agreement cannot be displayed. Please install again."

    Could anyone tell me what this means and how it can be resolved?

    Is mass media storage turned on?

    Also, try a different usb port, or even a different cable. I ran into that problem earlier today.

    If you're like me you didn't install the Roxio plugin along with DM, so if you try and open it you get nothing (as it should be).

    The only thing that makes using the MM worthy for me is easy access to device memory. Sometimes you have to manage files there and its easier than managing directly on the fone.

    I hadn't turned on MMS because it prompted me with a warning about some files not being accessible, or something to that effect...I'm hoping that turning it on isn't going to mess things up!

    I was able to make this message not appear (and thus not impede my use of Roxio) by changing this regkey:

    Under key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Roxio\Certificates8\---SOME_GUID_NUMBER---
    Value:
    "EULA"=dword:00000001
