    Since day 1 i always get the following after syncing with outlook

    There was a total of 2 record(s) skipped during the synchronization as summarized below: Address Book: Device -0, Microsoft Outlook -2
    Please check sync log for more details

    It's driving me nutz, i'm assuming there is 2 contacts in outlook that have a funny character or something.

    I disabled the calender sync, so i can view the log of just contacts, but that doesn't show me much other than the total # is 2 less on the device.

    I have well over 1000 contacts and can't find which 2 are causing this.

    I tried changing from 2-way sync to from outlook to device, same error

    Any help is much apprecated

    Never Mind Found Them

    Used this method and found 2 contacts with a full name, no company name, no phone number, and text typed in the white space

    Perform an advanced search in Microsoft Outlook to find contacts with empty First Name, Last Name, and Company fields.

    In Microsoft Outlook, open Contacts.
    Click Tools > Find > Advanced Find.
    Click the Advanced tab.
    Click Field.
    Click Frequently-used fields > First Name.
    In the Condition drop-down list, click is empty.
    Click Add To List.
    Repeat steps 4 to 6 for Last Name and Company.
    Click Find Now.
    Modify any empty fields that appear in the search results.
    Synchronize the BlackBerry smartphone using BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

    Great! I was bugged by this mssg too. Have lots of open fields as I use contacts to store other info than people. Thanks.
