Desktop Manager says i have a wrong password but i dont!!!!!!!

ok so i just bought this 9630 for a hundred dollars and it has an it policy on it so i tried to remove it with the JL_cmder thingie and your have to have the passcode to do so. i have reset the passcode through the phone but JL_cmder wont accept it neither will desktop manger or any other bb programs that require you to enter the passcode. i dont understand it cause ive reset the passcode on the phone a thousand times and it seems to be working on the phone but when i connect it to the pc it wont accept it.....please can someone help me!!!!!!!

Have you tried moving on with no password?

It dosent let you because the ok button it not highlighted if u don't type in anything

checkcapslock and are you sure you're using the correct password? have a few users that tell me a number for the password, but it's really the letters since they don't use the alt key.

no problem...glad I could help..it's a common error. The password is masked when created, so you forget you need to press the alt button if you want to use numbers.

Not only did i get the lame it policy off but now i came make outgoing calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!ha!!!!!
