    New to the forum with another question: When I plug my device into my PC and try to Add/Remove Applications, I only get a message that "No software is available for your device." I have the latest DM version from the T-Mobile website, and am running the latest OEM software version on my Curve 8320. Any suggestions?

    Yes. You need to install the BlackBerry device OS as an application on your PC. You can download the OS as an exe from TMobile, or from BlackBerry, here: BlackBerry Desktop and Device Software Download Sites

    Download the OS to your PC desktop. Double-click the exe file, and it will install on your PC. Now the DM App Loader will be able to find it.
