Sounds like you didn't download the version including Media Manager.

Weird! Maybe the Roxio part of the install failed. Also, did you already have Roxio installed on your pc? If yes, you would have been prompted to update it, were you?

well I just did a reinstall(I didn't remove the current one) using the custom feature. I added Roxio this time but after reboot of my PC its still dosen't show up.

Are you sure you have the Desktop Manager window open all the way, thus seeing all icons?

Alternatively, connect the BlackBerry to your pc. Then double click on My Computer, and browse to the memory card of the BlackBerry, that way...

Make sure you choose yes to, "Enable mass storage" on the BlackBerry, when it pops up...

the window is open all the way and I have a 8703e I can't see inside of it using my computer

Strange......I may just delete the thing and put the old one back in. I don't see this version really offering that much more except for a pretty interface

Oh, sorry! I thought you have a 8830, or similar, not a 8703e!
