I downloaded it from the verizon site but when I try to install it says not a valid win32 app. Any ideas?

Try using a different browser to download with. I know I couldn't use firefox and had to use IE for some dumb reason.

The download or actual exe that's posted on their download site is corrupted. Try again from their site. If it's still messed up, download it from RIM's homepage. If that still doesn't work, then your PC is screwed and somehow trying to modify files as you access them. Some spyware/trojans are known to do this.

Most likely your problem is the file just got corrupt. Try again.
