If you have a Media Card installed then you just plug the phone into the USB and then it looks like a USB drive.
Ya just drag and drop from the PC to the BlackBerry. Simple.
If ya don't got a Media Card then go out and buy one but your BB probly came with a 2Gb card, right?
I have a 16 gig memory card in there. is a "Media Card" different?
Media card/memory card, they're both micro sd cards and they are the same thing.
Plug your berry in and pretend is a usb drive.
You'll see a blackberry folder, click it and look for documents, place any documents in there so things stay neat and not messy.
You can put your files anywhere but why not just put them in the folder labeled documents right?
You'll also need that office program, to edit the files on your berry.. I forget what its called though.

In order for your comp to recognize the micro sd card as mass storage you have to enable that in options-->memory-->auto enable mass storage mode when connected-->yes. Now when you plug your device on the pc, a window will pop-up asking what you wanna do with what you plugged in, then you'll need to select open and then navigate to the blackberry folder then to the documents folder. Now you can drag and drop, cut/copy and paste from pc to the media/memory card. As far as editing the document or opening it on the phone you'll need docs to go which is a mobile version office standard (ms office, excel, powerpoint). Hope that helps...
