    Are you using Vista OS ? If so, I had a similar problem.

    After a couple of tries, the executable was put in compatibility mode for it work properly (for me)

    maybe try installing it somewhere other than in "program files" - Vista doesn't let programs keep settings in there anymore, so that could be causing problems.

    Try downloading and installing it from the BB website. Sometimes the cds get burned improperly and cause problems.
