when I click the media option then there are two options
one says "media manager" and the other says "blackberry media sync"
I can't click on media manager

Or you can stop using DM for transferring media to your BB and just open My Computer and Copy-Paste to the media card drive

I always prefer this method than using Media Manager or so.
