I have downloaded the v5.0 on to my computer several times and everytime I try to syncwith my Blackberry 8830, ascreen popsup and says my computer must be connected to the internet.
I do have a live internet connection s I am not sure what to do.
I did remove the 5.0 and went back to the old software and everything works fine. What do I have to do to get 5.0 working right?
