I got a Tour 9630 from a relative. The phone is orginally a verizon phone, but I got it unlock to work on tmobile. I went out and bought a usb cord w/charger directly from Verizon. I installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager v5.0.1. I connected my wife's blackberry curve and it connects fine. I try to connect my phone on and I get nothing. My computer can't even recognize my phone 'cause usually it would pop up the "autostart" window, but I get nothing. The only thing I do have when I plug it in to the usb port is the charging icon. I have Windows Vista 64 incase you are wondering. My memory settings on the phone is...
    Media Card Support - ON
    Encryption Mode - NONE
Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) - ON
Mass Storage Mode Support - ON
Auto Enable Mass Storgage Mode When Connected - YES

Anyone know what I can do to get this working?

sounds simple, but it has worked for me when I had this problem-do a battery pull and a complete reboot of the pc before you connect
