I cant seem to get my 9780 to sync my contacts to my desktop using desktop manager.I cant select any of the organize data to sync actions (calendar,task,memo pad,address book) as they are all grayed out.................Every time I click configure settings i get an error message "unknown error reported"
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have Click-To-Run installed on your computer, if so, get rid of it.

I'm really not sure, as I don't exactly know what that is...................
As the data synchronization box loads up, it reads " action engine loading configuration"
Then another box with the error message pops up over it.

HOW?
First I uninstalled desktop manager from my cpu, then i completely deleted all the folders from my C drive,I then reinstalled and ran the program >>>>>>>>>>>everything seems to be back to normal!
