    My DTM for Mac has worked great until today. This time I hooked up as usual and when I clicked the sync button, my BB (a Tour) made a noise and then I got an error message saying the the calendar could not be synced, and that I could find more information on the Desktop Manager Knowledge Base #KB19454. I can't find any reference to this article and have not been able to figure out how to fix this issue.

    Another forum posted an answer to this issue that the user should change Options>Advanced Options>Default Services>Calendar (CICAL) from Facebook to an email address. My BB setting was already set for an email address. I changed it to another email address but this did not clear up the problem.

    Any thoughts?
