I have been trying for a couple of days to install the desktop manager. I've tried mulptiple blackberry user tools cd, i've tried the blackberry website. I dont know what else to do. I get this message everytime i try to install it.

The wizard was interrupted before Blackberry Desktop Manager could be completely installed.

Your system has not been modified.

I have not had any problems in the past installing the Desktop Manager.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

    thanks in advance

That message mean you were trying to install it from a remote server, something happend, most likley a time out, and the install failed.

The trick is to Save it to your computer first, then do the install.

If you want to use your CD copy, and you are using Windows Vista, you must set the properties to "Run as Administrator".

You may as well continue with the download, all the CD version are older and the first thing they will do is suggest an upgrade from the BlackBerry Support site.
