    So i had an issue with my z10 that when it was charging, it stopped at 90% then i restart the phone and it stopped at 95%, so i search in foruns and connected to pc and so battery indicator show 100%. But then when i was going to do a backup, it was cancelled right in the beggining, so i tried one more time and then showed to verify if my phone was connected to link and to try again. Anyone have an ideia of whats going on? it was my first error with link. sorry for my bad english

    Did you upgrade Link to the newest one? Have you rebooted both your PC and your phone?
