Blackberry Tour and Desktop Manager - cannot synch my address book. I choose 'synchronize' and it brings up the status bar for about 2 seconds and then closes it and nothing is synched. I tried deleting the folder mapping to my Outlook contacts and then remapping. Tried rebooting a few times also.
From what I can gather from prior posts, the work around is to delete the folder mapping and then set it up again which I tried a few times.
