    I am not able to sign on my BlackBerry id while using blackberry link. After entering username and password I click on sign in nothing happens as if I didnt click. Weird!! Please help!

    Link is terribly quirky. Have you rebooted your PC? That helped with mine....I had a similar non responsive issue once.

    Yes I also updated the software but still no luck.

    Try going in to bbid on web browser and change it there, verify the new bbid email address then login to link. Once that's done you can change your email again back to the original. https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/

    Do this on PC web browser
