I have a Bold 9700. I do not use the BB Messenger or email on my phone, but sync with Outlook 2007 for Organizer (tasks, appointments and memos).
My DM is the latest version: 6.00 Bundle 2949. I run Win 7 64-bit.
Recently, whenever I connect to my computer and try to sync, I get the message, "Cannot log on to Exchange Server error. Please check server access or provide a valid password."
I didn't used to get this error message, and have no idea why I now do. Thinking it might help, I did upgrade the latest BB messenger, but that hasn't helped.
I can get it to back up, but would appreciate any help in syncing!
