Cannot Import Pics & Vids from Tour 9630

I am using Desktop Manager 6 and Windows XP, and the DM will not import my pics and vids. With DM5 and Roxio Media i had no problem with this. My Windows 7 machine will allow me to navigate to the drive through "my computer", so i assume it has to due with either DM6 or XP.

Any suggestions on how to fix this before I revert back to DM5?

U could always just you it as a removable drive and not use DM at all...

Yeah, but windows xp keeps saying drive is empty. No big deal, guess I'll just use my windows 7 machine for this. Thanks fedge
