    Okay, please bear with me as I have been a BB owner now less than a month but have a basic knowledge as to what I am doing computer-wise. When I inserted the disc for the BB software that came with my phone it didn't recognize it or DL no matter how I tried it so I went to BB.com and DL the Desktop Manager 5.0 as told by the BB specialist from Verizon...when DL completed I tried to run the program and received an error saying it oculd not be opened because it was not a valid Win 32 program. WTH??? Is anyone having the same issues or is it just me? Do I have a bug or what is the next step? Any help is greatly appreciated! TIA

    By the way, I hope it was appropriate to start a new thread as I found nothing similar going on with anyone else so let me know if there is another place to address this issue...thanks again!
