I have two Blackberries, one for work that is on our enterpirse server, and my personal one. I would like to sync my personal Pearl to my work calendar so I have my appointments when I don't feel like carrying my giant Blackberry around. Can I run the desktop manager on the same Microsoft account as the enterprise server, or will this cause issues?

It will cause issues if your BES admin has "Redirection: Disabled" on the BES accounts.

If it is, and you plug the BES device in, email will not get sent to the device, and once you unplug it, those missed emails wont get sent to it.

Verify if "Redirection: Disabled" is set on the BES by contacting your BES admin.
