I want to get a bunch of pictures off of my tour and put them on my Mac but I can't browse the device using bluetooth or pocket mac. I could send them via blue tooth it says it won't connect. Can anyone help me out?

Assuming you have a micro SD card in your Tour...

1. Go to your Tour's main menu and click on the Options icon.
2. Scroll to and click on Memory.
3. Set "Mass Storage Mode Support:" to On.
4. Save this setting, and quit Memory and Options.
5. Try plugging in your Tour to the computer. A dialog on your Tour may pop up asking if you want to enable mass storage. Click Yes.
6. A No Name removable disk icon should appear on screen. That will be the Tour's micro SD card.
