    Will there be an issue running Blend on a Windows tablet? Will it be an app for tablet or would it be a desktop program?

    If you are running x86 windows it should work as a regular program on windows, but I don't think there's an app for Windows RT

    Is the desktop app somewhat touch friendly (big buttons)? I have a hybrid laptop but a Z30 so I can't test it yet.

    Not really touch friendly to my findings, also got a hybrid, buttons are quite okay. But you can't touch to scroll for example.
