    Dear Crackberrys,

I've some trouble with Blend on my desktop PC.

I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64bit with the lastet Blend (1.1.0.17) and the Passport with 10.3.0.1418 (OS) with newest Blend.

When I start Blend it connects very well to my passport but then it says "loading dashboard" and it takes minutes without reaction and then says "no connection". The dashboard doesn't load.

    Troubleshooting I've done already:
    - checked all connection methods (USB, WiFi, mobile)
    - checked firewall, anti virus, router (ports + ipv6)
    - checked on another desktop pc in the same network with similiar infrastructure (worked well)
    - updated Java to 8.25

Does any of you has an idea what could be wrong? Are there any dependencies of the webviewer.exe (like java or something else)?

I've already done this without success (even with clearing registry).

    Hi,

Try going into Settings, toggle the Device Connections On/Off. Do the same for BlackBerry Blend on the Quick Settings drop down list. Also, try rebooting your computer as well as your phone. This has happened to me a few times and I tend to get the failed connection issue resolved this way.

Make sure to go into the actual Blend setting icon instead of the quick toggle On/Off (first pic):

Double check inside the Blend setting (second picture attached in my post above) because I notice even if you toggle the quick 'Blend' On/Off, it doesn't automatically turn the connection to On inside the Blend setting itself. That's what frustrated me a lot of time and now as soon as I'm home, my laptop automatically connects to and open up BlackBerry Blend.

Device connections and blend are on. And i tried to restart the device and the pc several times.
