    To start with, I was using blend flawlessly on previous releases (we'll call them leaks) and then when I updated to 10.3.1.1581 on my Z10 STL100-3 I've been getting this issue.

    It connects, authenticates & loads the dashboard up. The only thing that populates on the dash is BBM messages and the schedule bit. No emails or SMS.

    From there, when I click on anything (HUB, bbm convo, schedule, ect) it loads and shows the spinny circle until eventually it disconnects or drains the phones battery.

    This is the same result on both my home & work PCs (Windows 7). I've tried reinstalling all BB software on the PCs numerous times and it always ends in the same result.

    Any advice?

    That is interesting... do you have balance enabled? It shouldn't cause the issue....

    Wipe the device? PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2243 works flawlessly....

    No Balance.

    Reluctant to wipe the device since I've never really had to do that & sounds like more work than I should have to do especially since it was working perfectly on the beta OS releases I was participating in.

    No solution for me as of yet. Your issue sounds slightly different than mine.
