[CrackBerry Question]

Hello; previously, my Z10 and Blackberry Link were working rather well together. However, over the summer, Link ceased to sync anything with my phone (calendar, contacts, music, pictures... anything). I've recently switched to the Leap, and uninstalled, restarted, and re-installed Link.

Exact same issues as before. So I decided to try using Windows Explorer to move files. If I'm fast (as in, sub-10 seconds) I can move a song or a picture over. After that, Explorer says there is a network error and can no longer access the Leap's files.

Anyone know what the issue is? Under either circumstance, I can see the device is properly connected via USB. It just won't let me do anything involving the phone.
