    Blackberry Link works on one PC running Vista, except will not do backups.

    Loaded Link, Blend, Drivers successfully on a Win 7 PC, but when I run BBY Link always get error message: Blackberry Link has stoppled working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

    Any suggestions?

    Do you have iTunes installed? If so, follow this - “BlackBerry Link has stopped working” after updating to iTunes 12.5
