    I plug my blackberry z10 into the computer, and i click run/install when Blackberry link pops up. It get's to 2% and the download flashes, and is gone. I don't know why it wont download. I have restarted my computer, and went into the device manager, and uninstalled blackberry link and re tried to download but i'm getting the same problem!

    You're installing it from the phone? Try turning the firewall off. Probably a new version online if you are doing it from the phone.
