    Hi everytime i start PC BlackBlack Link stops working .I have unistall/reinstall every time then it seems fine .Using Windows 7 Home Premium . Phones a Z10 .Any ideas to sort this prob .many thanks

    Can you be more specific on how it doesn't work? Does it just not connect to the device?

    If you didn't before, uninstall again and make sure you delete all of the files associated with link from the program files folder. Then restart and reinstall. Also make sure you are using a usb2.0 port and not 3.0.

    Let me know, I'll keep thinking.

    Hi when i start /restart pc rest of pc loads as normal but box appears saying BlackBerry link has stopped working . am using usb 2 cable that came with phone .

    Oh... that's an issue with your pc, I believe. Is your user set as admin? It's worth trying to uninstall again as I mentioned above and deleting all the system files. Maybe just do a once over on the computer before reinstalling. Download Microsoft Security Essentials and run a scan. Also make sure you have the latest version of link.
