I was trying to get into my blackberry link, but i had forgotten my password. So after 5 failed attempts at trying to login to my account it locked me out and said i had to sign in through my phone with a 'Device Password'. I tried to type in my password for my blackberry Q10, it did not work. I went online to change my password on blackberry ID to see if that would work, it still didnt. Now i'm at 'Incorrect Password (9/10)' , i am one wrong answer away from having all data erased. Is there any way for me to somehow reset my password or have me password sent to my email?
This isn't a support issue, this is the user forgetting their password issue. If there was a way to defeat the security wipe, don't you agree it would also entirely defeat the purpose of having it?
