    I have BB desktop soft ware and downloaded the version just before the update. It doesn't load correctly and three parts of the program, ie. updater etc. don't work at all. Called BB and tryed to get it to work so I could sync my to phone, 8820 and 9900 bold. It takes forever to connect to phones and most of the time I need to reboot the computer for it to work. I have windows XP (not the Pro) and has anyone got suggestions on how to make this work. My provider T-mobile doesn't have anyone with any intelligence who can solve the problem and Rim doesn't seem to be able to help either. On my 8700 it worked fine 6 years ago, since upgrading to the newer version it doesn't work at all most of the time. Contact me at [email protected] if you have suggestions...thanks...

    Uninstall dm, download and run ccleaner, run the file and registry cleaner and save a copy of the registry, it will ask. Reboot, download dm from blackberry install.
